This fun filled week includes easy hikes, cool waters, picnic at the base of Cathedral Rock  (pictured below),  swim in the healing waters of Oak  Creek, all while we are using the energy of 8/8/8 to manifest positive desires in our lives .

There will be a great balance of scheduled activities and free time. Our retreat is located in the heart of Sedona where we are completely surrounded by the sacred  Red Rock formations  and vortex areas...

The Grand Canyon Railway!

Hands-down the most fun and adventurous way to travel to the Grand Canyon!

We'll go from the grassy meadows of Williams Arizona to mountain passes and back into history.

Our 2 hour journey includes live music, entertainment and even a train robbery!

When we arrive at the Grand Canyon we'll check in at our hotel, enjoy some lunch...

          and we're off to experience the awe inspiring views of the Canyon!

 After breakfast the following day we will still have ½ day for additional exploration.

Our return train ride leaves at 330pm and will arrive back in Williams around 530pm.

Then we're back to Sedona through Oak Creek Canyon at Sunset.
