The Sanskrit word for Chakra is wheel, or spinning wheel, and are basically individual vortexes in our energy field that are a direct barometer to our physical, mental and emotional health. However, Chakras are not only a way to measure where we are but a way to change where we are. There would be few places better to learn about and work on our own energy spots then here in Sedona.
We will take an in depth look at each of our 7 major Chakras, working (and playing) with 2 Chakras each day visiting and exploring the different areas in and around Sedona that correspond to the same energy. That will take us to many beautiful, interesting, fun and powerful places, including a Labarynth Walk during our Solar Plexus exploration and a Hot Air Balloon ride after our time spent working with the Crown Chakra! All while you are learning more about yourself and how to change any aspect of your life.
You will return home from your journey with many great memories and a toolbox full of ways to illuminate the rainbow within you that we call the Chakra system.
